- The Scrum master plays a vital role in managing the Agile Scrum ceremonies, required stakeholder meetings and also resolving impediments to progress sprint deliveries.

- As PMO team are implementing Agile delivery across the various products, we would need a strong Scrum Master. TCL senior stakeholders would like to have the same consistent implementation of Agile delivery and like to see teams driven by metrics thereby helping to build high performance teams.





- Key Responsibilities:

- - Implement and govern the best practices on Agile delivery across the teams

- Keep all stakeholders well informed on project progress

- Share metrics on team delivery efficiency and provide comprehensive reports for each sprint (like Velocity, Churn, Automation, Defects etc)

- Ensure high collaboration and resolve impediments. Escalate to stakeholders for high priority issues impacting the planned deliverables.

- Manage the scrum ceremonies effectively

- Manage team capacity planning for each sprint
