About Position:

We are seeking a Salesforce Life Sciences Cloud Dev Lead with strong expertise in Salesforce Life Sciences Cloud, Health Cloud, and Service Cloud. The ideal candidate will lead development teams, drive solution design, and implement scalable Salesforce solutions for pharmaceutical, biotechnology, and healthcare organizations.

What You'll Do:





- Lead a team of Salesforce developers and provide technical guidance.
- Design and implement scalable solutions using Salesforce Life Sciences Cloud and Health Cloud.
- Gather and analyze business requirements from Life Sciences stakeholders.
- Configure and customize Salesforce applications to support commercial, medical, patient, and field engagement processes.
- Develop custom solutions using Apex, LWC, Triggers, and Flows.
- Design and implement integrations with external systems, enterprise applications, and third-party platforms.
- Ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices, coding standards, and security guidelines.
- Support data migration, data quality, and master data management initiatives.
- Conduct code reviews, mentor junior developers, and collaborate with business analysts, architects, QA teams, and project managers to ensure successful delivery.

Expertise You'll Bring:

- 5 to 8 years of Salesforce experience.
- Minimum 5+ years of Health Cloud and/or Life Sciences Cloud experience.
- Strong experience with Apex, LWC, SOQL, and Salesforce Platform development.
- Experience leading development teams and handling end-to-end project delivery.
- Exposure to Pharma, Biotechnology, Medical Devices, or Healthcare domains.
- Experience with Salesforce integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, data migration, data management, Flows, and process automation.
- Preferred exposure to Salesforce Data Cloud, Marketing Cloud, MuleSoft, Patient Services, Patient Support Programs, DevOps, Git, CI/CD pipelines, and Agile methodologies.
- Preferred certifications include Salesforce Platform Developer I/II,



Salesforce Health Cloud Accredited Professional, Salesforce Administrator, Salesforce AI Associate, or Data Cloud certification.
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
