About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical MIS Executive to manage business data, prepare daily/weekly/monthly reports, track key performance indicators, and provide actionable insights to the management team.

The ideal candidate should have strong MS Excel/Google Sheets skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to work with large volumes of data across sales, inventory, marketplaces, logistics, and operations.

Key Responsibilities1. MIS & Reporting

- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
- Maintain sales, revenue, order, inventory, returns, and operational dashboards.
- Consolidate data from multiple sources and ensure accuracy.
- Prepare management reports and business performance summaries.
- Identify discrepancies in data and resolve them with relevant teams.
- Maintain a centralized database of business reports.

Inventory MIS

- Track stock levels across warehouses and sales channels.
- Prepare inventory ageing and stock movement reports.
- Monitor fast-moving and slow-moving SKUs.
- Coordinate with operations and warehouse teams for stock reconciliation.
- Highlight potential stock-out and overstock situations.

Marketplace & E-commerce Reporting

- Consolidate data from platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Nykaa, etc.
- Track marketplace sales, orders, returns, cancellations, and settlements.
- Reconcile marketplace reports with internal sales data.
- Monitor SKU-level performance across channels.
- Prepare marketplace performance dashboards.

Logistics & Operations MIS





- Track shipments, deliveries, RTOs, NDRs, and cancellations.
- Prepare courier/service-provider performance reports.
- Monitor shipping costs and identify discrepancies.
- Analyze logistics performance by zone, state, courier, and service type.

Data Analysis

- Analyze large datasets and identify trends, anomalies, and business opportunities.
- Create dashboards for management using Excel/Google Sheets.
- Generate actionable insights from raw data.
- Support management with ad-hoc reports and business analysis.

Required Skills

- Advanced MS Excel / Google Sheets
- VLOOKUP / XLOOKUP
- INDEX-MATCH
- SUMIFS / COUNTIFS
- Pivot Tables & Pivot Charts
- Conditional Formatting
- Data Cleaning & Validation
- Basic dashboard creation
- Basic knowledge of Power Query is preferred
- Basic knowledge of Power BI is an advantage
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Positive communication and coordination skills

Key Excel Skills Expected

Ideal Candidate

- Graduate in B.Com, BBA, MBA, Statistics, Economics, or a related field
- 1–3 years of experience in MIS, business analytics, e-commerce operations, or reporting
- Strong analytical mindset
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Comfortable handling large datasets
- Ability to work under tight deadlines
- Strong ownership and follow-through
