- Responsible for client Handling across India as well as Foreign Clients and generate revenues.
- Must be capable of engaging with the clients on a range of mediums such as phone, email and other internet based communications channels.
- Responsible for advising clients in the areas relating to business registrations, tax services and corporate filings etc.
- Respond to client requests within the accepted turn-around time.
- Take regular follow ups with clients.
- Convert prospective leads into sales.
- Explore opportunities for up selling and cross-sales
- Close sales and achieve monthly targets. Develop contacts and build a database.
