We're looking for an IT-minded problem solver to own our software infrastructure, bring AI into our accounting workflows, and build and maintain our web presence.

What You'll Do

Manage and update the firm's core software stack, keeping everything current and secure

Identify and implement AI-driven tools/automations for accounting and tax workflows

Build, maintain, and improve the firm's website and client-facing web tools

Troubleshoot software/systems issues for the team

Evaluate and recommend recent software and AI tools

Maintain basic IT security hygiene

Document systems and workflows

Required

0 –5 years in IT support, systems administration, or related technical role

Practical website development/maintenance experience (WordPress or similar)

Familiarity with AI tools applied to business workflows

Ability to manage multiple software systems independently

Strong troubleshooting skills, proactive style

Good communication skills

Preferred

Experience supporting an accounting/finance team

Familiarity with QuickBooks, Tally, or similar

Basic scripting/automation (Python, Apps Script, Make/Zapier)

Google Workspace / Microsoft 365 experience

Pay: ₹853,544.03 - ₹2,219,423.94 per year
