Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Accountant to manage financial records, ensure compliance with statutory requirements, and support overall financial operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial data, preparing reports, and assisting in budgeting and audits.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Financial Accounting

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.
- Prepare journal entries, ledgers, and account reconciliations.
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Process invoices, payments, and expense reports.
- Perform bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow.

2. Financial Reporting

- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Assist in preparing budgets and financial forecasts.
- Generate MIS reports for management review.
- Support internal and external audits.

3. Taxation & Compliance

- Ensure compliance with local tax regulations and statutory requirements.
- Prepare and file tax returns (GST/VAT/TDS/Income Tax as applicable).
- Maintain proper documentation for regulatory audits.

Payroll & Expense Management

- Assist in payroll processing and salary reconciliations.
- Monitor company expenses and ensure cost control.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- CA / CPA / CMA (completed or pursuing) preferred depending on role level.
- 1–5 years of relevant accounting experience.

Key Skills

- Strong knowledge of accounting principles
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, SAP, QuickBooks, or other ERP systems).
- Advanced MS Excel skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication and organizational skills.

Job Type: Full time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
