About the Job

We are looking for a Sales Manager with a minimum of 6 months of sales experience to join our team. This is a 100% sales-focused, on-site position for someone who is confident, target-oriented, and comfortable interacting with customers.

The selected candidate will be required to visit different sites/locations as part of the job and focus primarily on generating leads, meeting customers, explaining our products/services, and closing sales.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate new sales opportunities and achieve assigned sales targets.
- Visit designated sites/locations regularly for sales activities.
- Meet potential and existing customers and understand their requirements.
- Explain products/services clearly and confidently to customers.
- Follow up with leads and convert prospects into customers.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Handle customer queries and resolve basic sales-related concerns.




- Maintain daily records of leads, visits, follow-ups, and sales.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Coordinate with the internal team to ensure a smooth sales process.

Requirements

- Minimum 6 months of sales experience required.
- Strong communication and convincing skills.
- Confident and presentable personality.
- Comfortable with field/site visits and meeting customers.
- Target-oriented and motivated to achieve sales goals.
- Good negotiation and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
