We're looking for an SEO Executive who's ready to grow beyond traditional search and get hands-on with where the discipline is heading — Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) and Answer Engine Optimization (AEO), alongside core technical and on-page SEO. You'll work across a diverse portfolio of client websites, executing strategy, tracking performance, and helping brands stay visible whether someone's searching on Google or asking ChatGPT.

What You'll Do

- Execute on-page, off-page, and technical SEO strategies across multiple client websites
- Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and content gap analysis to inform SEO and content strategy
- Optimize website content, meta tags, headers, internal linking, and site structure for search performance
- Build and execute link-building strategies, guest posting, and outreach campaigns
- Monitor and improve site health — page speed, crawlability, indexing, mobile-friendliness, and Core Web Vitals
- Apply GEO and AEO principles to help client content perform well in AI-generated search results and direct-answer formats (e.g. structured data, FAQ schema, concise answer-first content)
- Track rankings, organic traffic, and key SEO metrics using tools like Google Search Console, Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs, or similar
- Prepare regular performance reports for clients,



translating data into explicit insights and next steps
- Coordinate with content and website teams to implement SEO recommendations smoothly
- Stay current with search engine algorithm updates and evolving AI search behavior

What We're Looking For

- 1-3 years of hands-on SEO experience, agency experience preferred
- Solid understanding of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO fundamentals
- Working knowledge of tools like Google Search Console, Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, or similar
- Familiarity with (or strong interest in) GEO and AEO — how content needs to adapt for AI-driven search and answer engines
- Basic understanding of HTML/CMS platforms (WordPress, etc.) to implement on-page changes
- Strong analytical mindset — comfortable reading data and turning it into action
- Good written communication skills for content optimization and client reporting
- Ability to manage multiple client accounts and deadlines simultaneously

Nice to Have

- Experience with local SEO and Google Business Profile optimization
- Exposure to schema markup and structured data implementation
- Basic understanding of paid search/performance marketing
- Experience working with international clients (UAE, Australia, US, UK markets)

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
