Job Summary

We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Site Engineer / Property Valuation Executive to visit residential and commercial properties on behalf of leading financial companies. The role involves site inspection, data collection, documentation, and coordination with clients and internal valuation teams.

Key Responsibilities

* Visit residential, commercial, and land properties assigned by banks and financial institutions

* Conduct physical site inspections to assess property condition, location, and surroundings

* Measure built-up area, land area, and verify property boundaries

* Capture explicit site photographs (exterior, interior, access roads, surroundings)

* Collect property details such as ownership, usage, age of building, and occupancy status

* Verify approved plans, building permissions,



and related documents (if available)

* Prepare and submit accurate site visit reports within deadlinaes

* Coordinate with bank officials, property owners, and internal valuation teams

* Ensure compliance with company standards and client guidelines

* Maintain confidentiality of client and property information

* Update site visit details in company software/app or valuation system

Qualifications

- Prefered Immediate Joiner
- two wheeler mandatory ( with Driving License)
- Prefered Diploma or B.E in civil

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
