Role Description The Human Resources Generalist is a full-time, on-site role based in Hyderabad . This role involves managing day-to-day HR operations, including employee onboarding and offboarding, maintaining personnel records, and supporting performance management processes. The Human Resources Generalist will administer employee benefits, support HR policy implementation, and address routine employee queries. The role also includes assisting with compliance activities, coordinating HR documentation, supporting employee engagement initiatives, and collaborating with management to ensure consistent HR practices across the organization.

Qualifications

- Strong foundation in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management, with experience handling daily HR operations and employee lifecycle activities.
- Ability to develop, interpret, and implement HR Policies that align with organizational goals and regulatory requirements.




- Knowledge of Employee Benefits and Advantages Administration, including enrollment, updates, communication, and basic compliance.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and conflict-resolution skills, with the ability to work with stakeholders at different levels.
- Attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and proficiency in HRIS or HR-related software tools.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; relevant HR certifications are an advantage.
- Ability to work on-site in Bengaluru and collaborate in a fast-paced, service-oriented environment.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
