Tourist / Business Visa Specialist

Roles and Responsibilities

- Respond to Client queries through calls/chat/e-mails
- Coordinate with Clients and maintain detailed and accurate records
- Handle Customer queries timely
- Handling and Providing Counselling and advise the client according to education, experience
- Suggest documents suited to client's profile
- Convert Visa leads into Sales
- Maximizing Conversion ratio
- Preparing forms and data wherever required
- Visiting Embassies and VFS for getting the Visa done, if required
- Be responsible for all aspects and stages of each case, ensuring positive outcomes are achieved while delivering an exceptional level of client service.
- Update Country Documents List on time-to-time basis

Requirements

- Positive command on oral and written communication




- Candidate should have global Visa Knowledge and frequently update on Visa Processes of different countries
- Candidate should have online / offline knowledge of visa application
- Candidate should be confident & Decision making personality
- Target oriented & self-motivated
- Should have experience of Study Visa/PR Visa/ Tourist visa
- Should be able to communicate in English

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹550,000.00 per year
