About the Role

We are looking for a motivated Business Development Intern to support Spatial Flytech Solution Pvt. Ltd. (SFT) in identifying potential customers, colleges, institutions, companies, and strategic partners, and conducting outreach.

This role offers practical, hands-on exposure to B2B sales, institutional sales, partnerships, and business development, and is well suited to candidates seeking to build a career in these areas.

2. Key Responsibilities

Market Research

- Identify potential colleges, universities, companies, government organizations, and other prospects.

- Build and maintain prospect databases with contact details and decision-maker information.

- Research recent markets and business opportunities.

- Identify relevant tenders, RFPs, partnerships, and institutional opportunities.

Engagement & Coordination

- Understand customer requirements and help BD team to communicate them with complete details.





- Schedule meetings and demonstrations for the BD/management team.

- Collect business requirements and contact information from prospects.

- Support workshops, demonstrations, exhibitions, and business events.

Reporting & CRM Management

- Update all leads, calls, meetings, and follow-ups in the CRM, Google Sheets, or Excel.

- Maintain daily activity records.

- Track lead status through the sales funnel in coordination with the BD team.

- Submit daily/weekly BD team activity reports by collecting from team.

Proposal & Sales Support

- Assist in preparing quotations, proposals, and presentations.

- Understand SFT's core service offerings and communicate them clearly.

- Coordinate internally with technical and management teams.
