Key Responsibilities:

- Manage social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn).
- Create and schedule posts, reels, and marketing campaigns.
- Run and optimize Meta Ads and Google Ads.
- Generate leads through digital marketing activities.
- Monitor website, SEO, and online presence.
- Track campaign performance and prepare reports.
- Coordinate with the content, design, and video teams.
- Stay updated with digital marketing trends and tools.

Requirements:

- Knowledge of Social Media Marketing, SEO, and Paid Ads.
- Basic knowledge of Canva, Meta Business Suite, and Google Analytics.
- Creative thinking and content planning skills.
- Valuable communication and analytical skills.

Experience:

- Experienced (1–3 Years)

Preferred Industry:

- Financial Services, Education, Mutual Funds, Insurance, Stock Market Training

Location: Pune
Working Hours: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM
Weekly Off: Sunday

Salary: As per company standards + Performance-Based Incentives

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹40,994.16 per month
