IT Recruiter (US Market) – India | 3–4 Years Experience

Job Summary

We are hiring an experienced IT Recruiter based in India to support hiring for US clients and US‑based IT positions. The recruiter will manage full‑cycle recruitment, source qualified candidates, and coordinate interviews across time zones.

Responsibilities

- Source and screen candidates for US IT roles (developers, testers, cloud engineers, data engineers, etc.)
- Work closely with US hiring managers to understand job requirements
- Conduct initial interviews and assess technical/cultural fit
- Coordinate interviews across US/India time zones
- Manage job postings on US job boards (LinkedIn, Indeed, Dice, Monster)
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates




- Ensure timely communication and a smooth candidate experience

Requirements

- 3–4 years of experience as an IT Recruiter, preferably for US clients
- Strong understanding of US IT job titles, skills, and hiring standards
- Experience with US job portals and sourcing tools
- Excellent English communication skills
- Ability to work flexible hours to align with US time zones
- Strong negotiation and relationship‑building skills

Compensation
