Key Responsibilities

* Lead and manage the design and engineering of static equipment such as Pressure Vessels, Shell & Tube Heat Exchangers, Reactors, and Columns.

* Perform and review design calculations using PV Elite, NozzlePro, and Excel-based tools.

* Develop and validate Excel tools for design calculations based on engineering principles and code requirements.

* Ensure compliance with ASME, TEMA, API 660, PED and other applicable design codes.

* Evaluate PWHT, PFHT, Impact Testing, and NDE requirements as per project specifications.

* Review fabrication drawings, technical documents, and design deliverables.

* Provide technical guidance to the design team and cross-functional departments.

* Ensure quality, accuracy, and timely completion of engineering deliverables.

Requirements

* BE / B.Tech /M.Tech in Mechanical Engineering.

* Minimum 5+ years of experience in static equipment design.

* Solid experience in design of heat exchangers, pressure vessels, and columns.

* Proficiency in PV Elite, NozzlePro, and engineering Excel tools.

* Excellent leadership, analytical, and communication skills.

Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹250,000.00 per month
