To lead the teachers, academics, and administration of our School . A fantastic opportunity for a agile leader who thrives on working independently and ensuring the holistic development of students while adhering to CBSE standards.

Key Responsibilities:

- Academic Excellence:
- Manage all academic activities to ensure high-quality education delivery, both scholastic and co-scholastic.
- Facilitate in-service workshops to motivate and train teachers on teaching methodologies and curricula.
- Supervise and maintain labs (science, computer, and language) and the library.
- School Administration:
- Oversee student enrollment, staff recruitment, and overall school operations as per CBSE norms.
- Formulate and implement school policies and growth plans.
- Monitor school accounts, transportation, and staff management to ensure smooth operations.
- Maintain discipline and decorum within the school premises.
- Parent, Teacher,



and Community Engagement:
- Actively gather feedback from students, teachers, and parents, taking timely and appropriate actions.
- Represent the school in communication with corporate offices, BEO, DDPI, vendors, and service providers.
- Infrastructure and Resource Management:
- Ensure regular maintenance and safety of school infrastructure.
- Prepare cost-effective budgets and guarantee optimum use of available resources.
- Oversee and advise on developmental projects for infrastructural improvements.

Qualifications & Skills:

- Educational Qualifications:
- A Master’s degree with B.Ed is essential.
- Experience:
- Ideally, the candidate has worked as a Principal or Vice Principal in a CBSE school.
- Other Skills:
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and foster a positive school environment.
- Knowledge of CBSE regulations and educational best practices.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹55,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
