Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Tender Executive with at least 2 years of experience in handling tender processes. The candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end tendering activities, ensuring compliance, and coordinating with internal teams to submit competitive bids.

Key Responsibilities / Experience:

- Managing end-to-end tendering activities on government portals including GeM
- Searching and identifying relevant bids/tenders on GeM and other e-procurement websites
- Preparing and uploading bids (technical & financial) on the GeM portal
- Handling vendor registration, product listing, and catalog management on GeM
- Understanding bid requirements, eligibility criteria, and compliance documentation
- Managing online bidding, reverse auction participation, and price comparison on GeM




- Coordinating for documents such as EMD, certificates, and approvals required for tender submission
- Tracking bid status, order processing, and post-award activities on the portal
- Ensuring timely submission and adherence to government procurement guidelines

Skills & Requirements:

- Minimum 2 years of experience in tendering/bidding process
- Positive knowledge of government and private tender portals
- Strong documentation and organizational skills
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple tenders simultaneously
- Attention to detail and accuracy

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
