Key Responsibilities

- Carry out preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance of plant machinery and equipment.
- Attend to mechanical breakdowns and troubleshoot equipment issues.
- Perform fitting, alignment, installation, dismantling, and repair of mechanical components.
- Handle pumps, gearboxes, conveyors, filling machines, packaging machines, and other production equipment.
- Replace and repair bearings, shafts, couplings, valves, belts, chains, and other mechanical parts.
- Assist in machine installation, modification, and commissioning activities.
- Maintain proper records of maintenance activities, breakdowns, and spare parts used.
- Follow preventive maintenance schedules and ensure timely completion.
- Coordinate with Production and Maintenance teams to reduce machine downtime.
- Follow all safety procedures, PPE requirements, SOPs, and company policies.
- Maintain proper housekeeping and 5S standards in the maintenance area.

Pay: ₹9,257.66 - ₹20,000.00 per month
