About the Role

We are looking for an enthusiastic HR Intern to join our HR team. This is a 3–6 months internship opportunity for freshers who want to gain practical, hands-on experience in Recruitment, Talent Acquisition, and HR Operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in recruitment and talent acquisition activities.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
- Screen resumes and shortlist candidates as per job requirements.
- Coordinate interviews and communicate with candidates.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
- Assist with employee onboarding and documentation.
- Support day-to-day HR operations and administrative activities.
- Prepare recruitment reports and maintain HR records.
- Coordinate with internal teams regarding hiring requirements.

Requirements

- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- MBA/PGDM in HR or Bachelor's/Master's degree in HR, Management,



or a related field is preferred.
- Valuable verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic understanding of HR and recruitment processes.
- Good interpersonal and coordination skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets.
- Strong willingness to learn and take initiative.
- Ability to work from office in Indore.
