About the Role We are looking for an
ERPNext / Frappe Developer with hands-on experience in development, customisation, integrations, implementation, and support. The candidate should be able to understand business requirements and convert them into practical ERPNext solutions.
Key Responsibilities
∙Gather requirements and translate business processes into ERPNext solutions. ∙Develop ERPNext customisations including DocTypes, fields, Client/Server Scripts, workflows, permissions, reports, print formats, dashboards, and custom apps. ∙Work with ERPNext modules such as Buying, Selling, Stock, Accounts, Manufacturing, and Quality. ∙Develop and maintain REST API, webhook, and third-party integrations. ∙Support data migration, data validation, reconciliation, and legacy-system migration. ∙Support ERPNext/Frappe upgrades, testing, deployment, and troubleshooting. ∙Work with MariaDB/MySQL, MSSQL, and ClickHouse for SQL, reporting, migration, and data analysis. ∙Deploy and support ERPNext on Frappe Cloud and Microsoft Azure. ∙Use Git, Linux, SSH, and standard development/deployment practices. ∙Support UAT, go-live, user training, documentation, and post-go-live issues. Required Skills ∙Hands-on ERPNext / Frappe Framework experience. ∙Good knowledge of Python and JavaScript. ∙Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS. ∙Working knowledge of SQL and databases. ∙Experience with REST APIs, JSON, webhooks, and integrations. ∙Understanding of ERPNext configuration, workflows, permissions, reports, and customisation. ∙Basic knowledge of cloud deployment, Git, Linux, and troubleshooting. Pharmaceutical Domain Knowledge Willingness to understand and implement pharma processes such as: ∙Batch, expiry, FEFO/FIFO and traceability ∙Quality inspection, QC hold/release and COA ∙Raw material,
packaging and finished-goods management ∙Manufacturing, BOM, yield, wastage and batch costing ∙CMO, Loan Licence and self-manufacturing ∙Warehouse, CFA, distributor and stockist processes ∙Returns, expiry, rejection and recall ∙GST, HSN, MRP and product classification ∙B2B, B2C, D2C, export and e-commerce processes Pharma, nutraceutical, cosmetic, Ayurvedic, healthcare, or manufacturing experience is an advantage. Data Migration & Integration ∙Master and transactional data migration into ERPNext. ∙Customer, supplier, item, warehouse, batch, expiry, opening stock and opening balance migration. ∙Data cleansing, mapping, validation, reconciliation, and error resolution. ∙Integrations with e-commerce, distributors, logistics, CRM, accounting, manufacturing, and other third-party systems. Implementation & Support Participate in the complete lifecycle: Requirement Gathering → Process Design → Configuration → Development → Integration → Data Migration → Testing → Deployment → Go-Live → Support Education & Experience ∙Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field preferred. ∙6 months – 1 year of ERPNext/Frappe experience. ∙Strong technical fundamentals and practical project experience are preferred. Soft Skills ∙Robust analytical and troubleshooting skills. ∙Good communication and documentation abilities. ∙Ability to work with technical and business users. ∙Willingness to learn pharmaceutical processes. ∙Ownership, attention to detail, and ability to work independently and in a team. Ideal Candidate An ERPNext/Frappe Developer who can understand both technology and business processes, with strong fundamentals in ERPNext, Python, JavaScript, SQL, APIs, integrations, and implementation.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
