About the Role

We are looking for an Estimation & Billing Engineer to manage project estimation, quantity take-offs, BOQ preparation, rate analysis and billing activities. The candidate will coordinate with site, project, procurement and accounts teams to ensure accurate quantities, timely billing and effective project cost control.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare quantity take-offs from architectural and structural drawings.
- Prepare and verify BOQs, estimates and rate analysis for construction activities.
- Prepare RA Bills, final bills and subcontractor bills.
- Verify executed quantities at site against drawings, BOQ and work orders.
- Prepare and maintain measurement sheets and quantity reconciliation statements.
- Check contractor/subcontractor bills for quantities, rates and completed work.
- Monitor project quantities, material consumption and cost against approved estimates.
- Identify and record variation, extra items and additional work.
- Coordinate with Site Engineers, Project Managers, Contractors, Procurement and Accounts teams.
- Maintain accurate records of BOQs, measurements,



bills, work orders and approvals.
- Prepare billing summaries, cost reports and MIS as required.
- Ensure billing is completed accurately and within project timelines.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- B.E./B.Tech or Diploma in Civil Engineering.
- 1-3 years of relevant experience in estimation, billing or quantity surveying, preferably in residential/commercial construction.
- Strong knowledge of BOQ preparation, quantity estimation and rate analysis.
- Good understanding of RA Billing, Final Billing and Subcontractor Billing.
- Ability to read and interpret architectural and structural drawings.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and AutoCAD.
- Knowledge of quantity reconciliation and cost control.
- Robust numerical, analytical and documentation skills.
- Good coordination and communication skills.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
