About the Role

We’re looking for a Content Writer with deep expertise in crafting high-impact, long-form content across fintech, ERP, D2C, and other verticals. You’ll lead content strategy execution, develop thought-leadership pieces, and collaborate across teams to create content assets that drive engagement, lead generation, and brand authority.

Key Responsibilities

- Create Website Content Strategy and content supporting persona based consumer journeys.
- Content Create and lead the development of long-form content: blogs, whitepapers, eBooks, reports, and case studies
- Build content strategies tailored to specific industries (Fintech, ERP, D2C) and business goals
- Collaborate with strategy, performance, and design teams to create conversion-focused content assets
- Write with SEO and keyword best practices in mind to maximize organic reach
- Develop content for different funnel stages — awareness, consideration, conversion
- Guide junior writers and review their work for clarity, tone, accuracy, and effectiveness
- Stay updated on industry trends, audience behavior, and competitor content
- Optimize existing content to improve rankings and lead performance

Requirements

- 2 to 4 years of experience in content writing,



preferably in an agency or B2B environment
- Experience writing for Fintech, SaaS, ERP, and D2C brands
- Robust command of SEO, keyword strategy, and content performance metrics
- Deep understanding of content marketing and how it supports lead generation
- Proven ability to write persuasive, research-backed, and technically accurate content
- Excellent editing, proofreading, and content structuring skills
- Ability to manage multiple content projects with minimal supervision

Nice to Have

- Experience with content management tools (WordPress, HubSpot, Webflow)
- Familiarity with tools like SEMrush, ChatGPT
- Understanding of the B2B content funnel and gated asset development
- Leadership experience in mentoring or managing junior content creators

Pay: From ₹600,000.00 per year
