Front Desk Executive

Job Summary
We are looking for a qualified, friendly, and well-organized Front Desk Executive to join our visa and immigration consultancy. The candidate will be responsible for managing the reception area, handling client inquiries, coordinating appointments, maintaining records, and providing administrative support to the visa and immigration team.

Key Responsibilities

- Greet and assist clients and visitors in a professional and courteous manner.
- Handle incoming calls, emails, WhatsApp messages, and general client inquiries.
- Understand clients' basic requirements and direct them to the appropriate counsellor or immigration consultant.
- Schedule and manage client appointments, consultations, and follow-ups.
- Maintain accurate client records, files, forms, and documentation.
- Assist clients with basic information regarding visa and immigration processes, services, and required documents.




- Coordinate with counsellors, documentation teams, and case-processing staff for smooth client handling.
- Follow up with clients regarding pending documents, appointments, payments, and other requirements.
- Maintain daily reports, visitor records, appointment schedules, and other office documentation.
- Handle basic administrative and front-office tasks such as filing, printing, scanning, photocopying, and data entry.
- Ensure the reception and front-office area is organized and presentable.
- Maintain confidentiality of client information and documents.
- Provide a positive customer experience and support the team in achieving client-service objectives.

Pay: ₹10,158.42 - ₹15,861.42 per month
