Sura Publications is looking for a Telecaller to contact customers, schools, colleges, bookstores, and distributors to promote and sell our educational and competitive exam books. The candidate should have good communication skills and a positive attitude.

Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to customers and prospects.
- Explain Sura Publications' books and educational products.
- Follow up on inquiries and maintain customer relationships.
- Generate leads and support sales activities.
- Maintain call records and customer information.
- Coordinate with the sales team for order processing.

Requirements

- Any Graduate / Undergraduate.
- Valuable communication skills in Tamil.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email).
- Ability to handle customer queries professionally.
- Previous telecalling or sales experience is an added advantage.
