Job Title: Flutter Developer (High-Performance Apps)

Role:
We are building a real-time mobile platform and need a Flutter developer who can create smooth, optimized, and production-ready applications.

Responsibilities:

- Develop Flutter apps (multiple user roles)
- Build smooth UI (60+ FPS)
- Implement real-time features (live updates, WebSocket)
- Optimize performance, memory, and battery usage
- Handle background services (location, sync)
- Integrate APIs and backend services

Requirements:

- Solid Flutter & Dart experience
- Experience with real-time systems and APIs
- Understanding of app lifecycle & performance optimization
- Basic knowledge of Android (Kotlin) is a plus
- Experience with maps/location services preferred
