About the Role

UBALPINE is looking for a proactive and organized Inside Sales + Sales Coordination Executive to support the sales and business development team in generating leads, managing follow-ups, coordinating quotations and BOQs, and ensuring smooth movement of enquiries from lead to order.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to architects, interior designers, corporates, consultants and prospective clients.
- Generate and qualify new sales leads.
- Follow up regularly on enquiries, quotations and proposals.
- Share UBALPINE catalogues, company profile and product information with prospects.
- Coordinate with the BDM and internal teams for BOQs, quotations, product details and client requirements.
- Maintain an updated database of leads, enquiries, contacts and projects.
- Track all follow-ups and ensure no potential enquiry is missed.
- Schedule meetings and appointments for the Business Development Manager.
- Coordinate with clients for required drawings, BOQs, specifications and other project information.
- Update daily/weekly sales and lead reports.
- Support the BDM in converting enquiries into orders.




- Maintain professional communication with clients through phone, WhatsApp and email.

Candidate Profile

- 1–3 years of experience in inside sales, telecalling, sales coordination or customer coordination.
- Freshers with good communication skills may also apply.
- Positive verbal and written communication skills.
- Comfortable making regular business calls and follow-ups.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word, email and WhatsApp.
- Well-organized and good at maintaining follow-up records.
- Positive, target-oriented and willing to learn.
- Experience in office furniture, interiors, modular furniture, fit-outs or related industries will be an advantage.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
