- Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering or Refrigeration & Air Conditioning (RAC)
- 3 years of relevant HVAC site experience is typically preferred
- Strong experience in HVAC installation, testing & commissioning, service and maintenance
- Good knowledge of Chillers, AHU, FCU, VRF/VRV, Package AC, pumps, cooling towers and ventilation systems
- Ability to read and interpret HVAC drawings, shop drawings, schematics and layouts
- Experience in site supervision, manpower planning, material coordination and subcontractor management
- Knowledge of BOQ, quantity estimation, material requirements and project documentation
- Good client coordination and site reporting skills
- Knowledge of HSE/safety requirements and quality standards
