Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate daily sales activities and support the sales/business development team.

- Generate and maintain leads through calls, online platforms, references and market research.

- Follow up with existing and potential customers regarding enquiries, quotations and services.

- Coordinate with clients for meetings, site visits and service requirements.

- Prepare and share quotations, proposals and company profiles with customers.

- Maintain proper records of leads, customers, quotations and sales follow-ups.

- Promote HVAC services, AMC contracts, maintenance and repair services.

- Coordinate with the technical/service team for client requirements and site visits.

- Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns and promotional activities.





- Manage basic social media and digital marketing activities for the company.

- Assist in creating marketing content, posts, brochures and promotional material.

- Research potential customers, markets and business opportunities.

- Track sales enquiries and prepare regular sales and marketing reports.

- Coordinate with management and other departments to ensure smooth execution of sales activities.

- Maintain positive communication and relationships with existing clients.

- Support the team in achieving monthly sales and business development targets.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
