Job Description – MST Electrical & HVAC Technician (IT Company)

Position Overview

The MST Technician ensures smooth functioning of electrical, HVAC, fire protection, in IT campuses. This role is vital for maintaining uptime, employee comfort, and compliance with safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

- HVAC maintenance – Service and repair CRAC units, chillers, AHUs, and ventilation systems.
- Electrical systems – Maintain UPS, DG sets, switchgear, and distribution panels.
- Preventive checks – Conduct scheduled inspections of HVAC, fire alarms, and electrical systems.
- Breakdown response – Attend emergency calls, troubleshoot faults, and restore operations quickly.
- Documentation – Maintain logs, service reports, and checklists for audits.

Qualifications & Skills





- Education – ITI/Diploma in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
- Experience – 2–4 years in facility management, preferably IT parks or data centers.
- Technical skills – Knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire protection.
- Shift readiness – Willingness to work in rotational shifts for 24/7 coverage.

Work Setting

- IT campuses and data centers with critical infrastructure.
- Exposure to server rooms, AHU, UPS systems, and fire safety equipment.

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹23,500.00 per month
