About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented SEO executive/interns to join our team. This role offers hands-on exposure to real-world SEO operations, lead management, and communication, while working directly under an experienced professional. It's an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build a robust foundation in digital marketing and SEO.

Key Responsibilities

- Live Chat Support: Handle live chat conversations with website visitors/leads, responding promptly and professionally.
- Data & Lead Management: Manage and update multiple Google Sheets containing leads data and other operational information, ensuring accuracy and timely updates.
- CRM Support: Assist with CRM-related tasks, including data entry, lead tracking, and maintaining up-to-date records.
- SEO Backlink Creation: Support link-building efforts by researching, creating, and tracking quality backlinks as part of the SEO strategy.





Requirements

- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Basic understanding of SEO concepts (a plus, not mandatory).
- Comfortable working with Google Sheets and basic data organization.
- Good written communication skills for live chat interactions.
- Willingness to learn and take initiative.
