Key Responsibilities

- Assist with end-to-end recruitment and hiring activities
- Source and screen candidates through job portals and social media
- Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates
- Maintain candidate and employee records
- Assist with onboarding and joining formalities
- Support daily HR operations and documentation
- Prepare recruitment reports and maintain databases
- Coordinate with employees and management on HR-related activities
- Assist in employee engagement and internal communication

Requirements

- Freshers are welcome to apply
- Graduate in HR, Business Administration, Management, or a related field
- Positive communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic knowledge of MS Office / Google Workspace
