Job Title: Warranty Executive

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle and process vehicle warranty claims as per Hyundai warranty policies.
- Verify warranty eligibility, documents, repair details, and supporting records.
- Prepare and submit warranty claims accurately within the required timelines.
- Coordinate with Service Advisors, Technicians, Parts, and Hyundai officials regarding warranty claims.
- Ensure proper documentation of warranty repairs and claim-related records.
- Follow up on claim approvals, rejections, and pending cases.
- Identify and correct claim errors to minimize claim rejections.
- Maintain warranty records and prepare regular reports.
- Ensure compliance with Hyundai warranty procedures and guidelines.




- Support the service team in resolving warranty-related customer concerns.
- Maintain confidentiality and accuracy of warranty-related data.

Preferred Qualification:

- Diploma/Degree in Automobile or Mechanical Engineering preferred.
- Experience in an automobile dealership/service center or warranty processing is preferred.
- Valuable communication, computer, documentation, and coordination skills.
- Knowledge of automotive service and warranty procedures will be an advantage.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
