About the Role : We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Accounts Payable Executive to join our Finance team. If you have a solid understanding of accounts payable processes, GST, TDS, and bank reconciliations, and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we'd love to hear from you. Key Responsibilities

- Ensure compliance with GST and TDS regulations, including accurate tax deductions and documentation.
- Coordinate with vendor Process vendor invoices accurately and ensure timely payments. Verify invoices against purchase orders, contracts, and supporting documents.
- Prepare and execute vendor payments through approved payment methods. Perform vendor reconciliations and resolve invoice and payment discrepancies.
- Prepare and maintain periodic Bank Reconciliations to ensure accuracy of financial records. s and internal stakeholders to resolve payment, tax, and invoice related queries.




- Maintain accurate vendor master data and accounts payable records. Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities.
- Prepare MIS reports and support internal, statutory, and tax audits.
- Identify opportunities to improve accounts payable processes and strengthen financial controls.

What We're Looking For

- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline. 2–5 years of experience in Accounts Payable or Finance.
- Strong working knowledge of Accounts Payable, GST, TDS, and Bank Reconciliation.
- Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Tally, NetSuite, or similar) and Microsoft Excel. Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- High level of accuracy, attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹420,000.00 per year
