Role & Responsibilities

- Manage and develop the Rotark product portfolio.
- Generate new business and develop existing industrial accounts.
- Understand customer requirements and provide suitable technical solutions.
- Conduct customer visits, product presentations and technical discussions.
- Coordinate with sales, engineering and service teams.
- Prepare and follow up on techno-commercial quotations.
- Develop relationships with industrial customers, EPCs, OEMs and consultants.
- Track competitors, market opportunities and product performance.
- Achieve product-wise sales and revenue targets.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- 4–8 years of experience in industrial/technical sales or product management.




- Engineering background – Mechanical/Electrical/Instrumentation preferred.
- Experience with Actuators, Valves, Automation or Flow Control preferred.
- Strong B2B sales and business development skills.
- Valuable communication and negotiation skills.
- Willing to travel for customer/site visits.
