Job Overview

- Role: Site Head / Project Sales & Operations Head
- Industry: Real Estate / Property Development
- Reporting To: Vice President / Director of Sales & Operations [1]

Key Responsibilities

1. Sales & Revenue Generation

- Drive monthly, quarterly, and annual project sales targets to maximize revenue.
- Oversee the complete customer funnel, from lead generation to final booking and closure.
- Negotiate high-value deals with prospective buyers, high-net-worth individuals (HNIs), and investors.

2. Team Leadership & Management

- Lead, train, and motivate the in office sales and operations team (Sourcing Managers, Closing Managers).
- Assign daily targets and track conversion ratios and individual team performance.

3. Channel Partner Management

- Build and maintain strong networks with real estate brokers and channel partners.
- Organize broker meets and drive business through continuous partner engagement.

4. Cross-Functional Coordination

- Coordinate with marketing teams for on-ground campaign execution and digital lead flow.
- Work closely with CRM, finance,



and legal teams to ensure smooth booking processes, documentation, and collections.

5. Market & Competitor Analysis

- Monitor local market trends, competitor pricing strategies, and customer preferences.
- Report site performance metrics and feedback directly to senior management.

Requirements & Qualifications

- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA is preferred).
- Experience: 10 to 12 years of overall experience in residential or commercial real estate sales, with at least 3 to 5 years in a leadership/site management role.
- Skills:
- Strong negotiation and deal-closing abilities.
- Deep understanding of local real estate markets and property dynamics.
- Familiarity with RERA regulations and compliance.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and team-building skills.

Pay: ₹1,200,000.00 - ₹1,500,000.00 per year
