Visualiser / Senior Visualiser

- 3-5 years of relevant experience.
- Mandatory experience in an advertising agency setting.
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and Figma.
- Strong understanding of typography, color theory, layout principles, and brand systems.
- Experience in creating integrated campaigns (digital, social, print, and branding).
- Experience with AI tools such as Higgsfield, Freepik AI, Gemini, etc.
- Ability to conceptualize campaigns from brief to final execution.
- Attend client meetings, understand briefs, and translate business objectives into creative output.
- Coordinate with account managers to align creative solutions with business goals.
- Present creative concepts confidently to clients and internal stakeholders.
- Ability to manage and mentor junior designers.




- Strong project management and time management skills.
- Attention to detail with high standards of visual quality and consistency.
- Demonstrate strong illustrative skills and create rough sketches when required.
- Create and modify typography in line with brand guidelines.
- Develop designs, concepts, and layout samples based on sound design principles.
- Collaborate effectively with designers, copywriters, team leads, and marketing teams.
- Basic understanding of print production, digital asset specifications, and file preparation.
- Ability to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving and creative thinking skills.
- A well-curated and updated professional portfolio is mandatory.
