We're Hiring: Lead Generation Executive – International IT Sales

TechConfer Technologies is looking for an experienced Lead Generation Executive to drive business opportunities for our custom software development services across international markets.

Key Responsibilities:

- Generate qualified B2B leads through email marketing, ABM (Account-Based Marketing), LinkedIn outreach, cold outreach, and other lead generation channels.
- Build and manage prospect databases, identify decision-makers, and schedule qualified meetings for the sales team.
- Should be capable to generate leads without any tools.
- Execute and optimize outbound campaigns using tools like Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Clay, Instantly, Lemlist, or similar platforms.




- Maintain CRM records, track campaign performance, and consistently achieve lead generation targets.

Requirements:

- 1–3 years of experience in IT/software services lead generation.
- Robust understanding of custom software development services and international markets.
- Excellent written English and communication skills.
- Work Location: Noida (Work from Office).
