Role Overview:

We are looking for a detail-oriented HR & Compliance Executive to support HR operations and ensure effective statutory, regulatory and retail compliance across Magson's Goa operations. The role will be responsible for compliance tracking, licensing, documentation, audits and coordination with internal teams, consultants and regulatory authorities.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and monitor labour and statutory compliance, including Shops & Establishments, Minimum Wages, PF, ESIC, Professional Tax, Labour Welfare Fund, Bonus, Gratuity and POSH.
- Maintain statutory registers, records, filings and compliance documentation.
- Manage the licence and regulatory compliance framework for stores, including FSSAI, Legal Metrology, Municipal/Trade Licences, Fire & other applicable approvals.
- Maintain a central compliance calendar and licence tracker, ensuring timely renewals and submissions.
- Conduct periodic store compliance reviews, identify gaps and coordinate corrective actions.
- Coordinate with government authorities,



consultants and agencies for registrations, renewals, inspections and notices.
- Support internal/external audits and ensure timely closure of compliance observations.
- Maintain accurate employee records and support onboarding, exits, attendance, leave and payroll inputs.
- Prepare periodic HR & Compliance MIS and management reports.
- Ensure proper documentation, governance and confidentiality across HR and compliance processes.
- Support management in implementing HR policies, controls and compliance processes.

Qualifications & Experience:

- Graduate in HR, Commerce, Business Administration, Law or a related discipline.
- 2–4 years of relevant experience in HR, statutory compliance or retail compliance.
- Experience in Retail/FMCG/Supermarket operations preferred.
- Working knowledge of labour laws, FSSAI, Legal Metrology and retail licensing.
- Strong MS Excel, documentation, analytical and follow-up skills.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management capabilities.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
