Job Overview

GKMT IT is looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented E-commerce Account Management Executive to manage and support e-commerce accounts across online marketplaces.

This role is suitable for freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of experience who are interested in e-commerce operations, marketplace management, and online business growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day activities of e-commerce marketplace accounts.
- Create, update, and maintain product listings.
- Monitor orders, inventory, pricing, and product information.
- Coordinate with internal teams for order and customer-related issues.
- Monitor account performance and marketplace metrics.
- Identify and report listing, pricing, inventory, or account-related issues.
- Assist with marketplace promotions, offers, and campaigns.
- Maintain accurate records and regular reports.
- Stay updated with marketplace policies, requirements, and best practices.
- Support overall growth and smooth operation of e-commerce accounts.





Requirements

- Freshers and candidates with up to 1 year of experience can apply.
- Basic understanding of e-commerce and online marketplaces.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets.
- Positive attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new e-commerce platforms and tools.
- Candidates from Jaipur are preferred.

Experience or basic knowledge of platforms such as:
