Location: Kilpauk, Chennai

Shift: 10-hour shift | 10:00 AM – 12:00 AM
What you’ll do
- Prepare and serve coffee and beverages as per our SOPs and recipes.
- Handle espresso brewing and maintain consistency in every cup.
- Keep the espresso machine, coffee station and work area clean and organised.
- Clean and maintain the espresso setup as and when required.
- Follow daily opening, closing and hygiene procedures.
- Maintain a friendly and professional interaction with customers.
- Work closely with the team during busy hours and service.
- Follow instructions from the Store Manager and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
What we’re looking for
- Freshers are welcome — we'll teach you the coffee stuff. ☕
- Prior barista experience is an advantage, but not mandatory.
- Positive or fair communication skills are appreciated.
- Willingness to learn, follow SOPs and maintain hygiene.
- Positive attitude, punctuality and a team-player mindset.
