Role

We are looking for a Business Partner – Onboarding to build and grow Zuhouz’s network of interior designers, architects, design studios and contractors.

Responsibilities

- Identify and connect with potential design partners.
- Explain the Zuhouz Design Partner Program and onboard qualified professionals.
- Manage partner meetings, documentation, agreements and onboarding.
- Build strong long-term relationships with designers and studios.
- Drive partner acquisition, activation and referrals.
- Maintain a solid pipeline of potential partners.

Ideal Candidate

Excellent communication and networking skills, strong follow-up ability, target-oriented mindset and experience in interiors, architecture, real estate or B2B business development.

Compensation: Fixed + Performance Incentives / Revenue Share.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
