Accounts Executive – CA Firm

Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled and responsible Accounts Executive to join our CA firm. The candidate will be responsible for day-to-day accounting, GST, TDS, income tax-related work, reconciliations, and assisting in audit and compliance activities.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle day-to-day accounting and bookkeeping activities.
- Maintain purchase, sales, receipt, payment, and journal entries.
- Prepare and maintain GST records and returns.
- Assist in GST, TDS and Income Tax compliance.
- Prepare bank, ledger, and account reconciliations.
- Assist in preparation of financial statements, P&L; and Balance Sheet.
- Support statutory, tax, and internal audit activities.
- Prepare and verify invoices, vouchers, and supporting documents.
- Handle Tally/Busy or other accounting software.
- Assist in preparation and filing of GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, TDS returns, Income Tax Returns, etc.




- Maintain proper documentation and accounting records.
- Coordinate with clients for required financial and tax-related documents.
- Ensure timely completion of assigned accounting and compliance work.

Requirements

- Qualification: B.Com/M.Com preferred.
- 2–5 years of relevant experience in a CA firm or accounting/tax consultancy.
- Positive knowledge of Tally/Busy, GST, TDS and Income Tax.
- Basic knowledge of audit and accounting principles.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication and client-handling skills.
- Ability to manage multiple assignments and meet deadlines.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
