KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Handle customer interactions through International Voice Support.

Resolve customer queries accurately and professionally.

Provide effective solutions while maintaining customer satisfaction.

Follow defined process guidelines and ensure accurate interaction documentation.





Escalate complex customer issues through the appropriate channels.

Maintain required quality and productivity standards.

REQUIRED SKILLS

Strong verbal communication and customer-handling skills.

Valuable problem-solving and interpersonal abilities.

Comfortable working in rotational shifts.

Candidates will be assessed on career stability and gaps as per discussion.
