- Draft, send and respond to emails.
- Manage and respond to LinkedIn messages.
- Conduct calls and follow-ups with prospective learners.
- Communicate with prospective learners through messages.
- Coordinate communication and follow-ups across relevant channels
- Assist with recruitment activities (posting job/internship openings, screening, interview coordination) as and when required.
