Minimum Experience

Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in civil construction, industrial projects, site execution, or infrastructure development.

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and technically competent Civil Engineer to supervise and execute civil construction, infrastructure, repair, and maintenance activities at the project/site. The candidate will be responsible for site supervision, contractor coordination, quality control, quantity estimation, project execution, and timely completion of civil works.

Key Responsibilities

* Supervise and manage day-to-day civil construction and site activities.

* Execute civil works including foundations, RCC structures, buildings, roads, drainage, platforms, trenches, tanks, and other plant infrastructure.

* Review and interpret civil/structural drawings, BOQs, specifications, and project requirements.

* Ensure work is executed according to approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.

* Monitor daily site progress and ensure timely completion of assigned works.

* Coordinate with contractors, consultants, vendors, and other engineering teams.

* Prepare work schedules, manpower requirements, and material requirements.

* Verify measurements, quantities, and contractor bills.

* Supervise excavation, reinforcement, shuttering, concreting, masonry, plastering, flooring, waterproofing, and finishing works.

* Monitor quality of construction materials and ensure required testing is carried out.

* Coordinate civil activities with mechanical, electrical, process, and utility works.

* Conduct regular site inspections and identify construction/quality issues.

* Ensure compliance with site safety and EHS requirements.

* Manage civil repair and maintenance activities of existing plant infrastructure.





* Monitor material consumption and minimize wastage.

* Maintain site records, measurements, drawings, progress reports, and other project documentation.

* Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports for the Project Head / Unit Head.

* Assist in project estimation, budgeting, planning, and execution.

* Ensure proper housekeeping and safe working conditions at the site.

Educational Qualification

* B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering from a recognized institution.

* Diploma in Civil Engineering with solid relevant experience may also be considered.

Experience

* Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in civil construction, industrial projects, plant infrastructure, or site execution.

* Experience in chemical, environmental, waste management, process plants, industrial infrastructure, or similar projects will be preferred.

* Experience in contractor handling, quantity estimation, billing, and site supervision is preferred.

Required Skills

* Strong knowledge of civil construction and industrial infrastructure.

* Good understanding of RCC, foundations, structural works, drainage, roads, and concrete works.

* Ability to read and interpret civil and structural drawings.

* Knowledge of BOQ, estimation, quantity measurement, and contractor billing.

* Good project planning and site-execution skills.

* Contractor and manpower coordination skills.

* Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

* Knowledge of construction safety and quality standards.

* Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of AutoCAD will be an advantage.

* Good communication and reporting skills.

Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹900,000.00 per year
