Job Summary
Sharadha Skill Academy is looking for a motivated and student-focused Academic Counsellor to guide students in choosing the right career-oriented skill development programs.
Key Responsibilities
- Counsel students and parents about courses and career opportunities.
- Handle enquiries received through calls, WhatsApp, social media, and digital campaigns.
- Understand student career goals and recommend suitable courses.
- Explain course details, fees, duration, certification, and placement assistance.
- Follow up with prospective students and convert enquiries into admissions.
- Maintain lead and counselling records.
- Achieve monthly counselling and admission targets.
- Coordinate with the marketing and training teams.
Requirements
- Any Degree / Diploma.
- Experience in academic counselling, education sales, telecalling, or business development is preferred.
- Freshers with good communication and convincing skills can apply.
- Excellent communication skills in Tamil and English.
- Good interpersonal, counselling, negotiation, and follow-up skills.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
