We are looking for an energetic and result-driven Business Development Executive (Outdoor/Field Sales). You will actively meet prospective clients, pitch our commercial playground and amusement products, and secure new business partnerships across targeted regions.

Key Responsibilities

Field Sales & Lead Generation: Travel to meet prospective B2B clients, including mall developers, amusement park owners, preschools, resorts, and real estate builders.

Client Pitching & Presentations: Present company portfolios, explain product safety standards, and pitch customized playground concepts alongside our design team.

Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term professional networks with current and prospective commercial clients.

Market Mapping: Conduct outdoor market research to identify upcoming commercial properties, kids' zones, and entertainment centers.

Sales Targets:



Meet monthly sales lead and conversion targets set by the management team.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Education: Any Bachelor's Degree (Graduation is mandatory).

Experience: Minimum 1 year of qualified experience in field sales, outdoor marketing, or corporate B2B sales.

Travel Requirement: Must own a two-wheeler and hold a valid driver's license for regular client visits.

Communication: Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Fluency in Malayalam and English is preferred.

Attributes: Self-motivated, target-oriented, and comfortable working entirely in an outdoor/field environment.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
