Job Title: Retail Sales Officer –

About Job Role:

We are looking for a dynamic Retail Sales Officer with experience in HORECA and Frozen Food sales. The candidate will be responsible for expanding market presence, managing key customer relationships, and achieving sales targets in the assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and maintain relationships with hotels, restaurants, cafés, caterers, and retail outlets.
- Generate new business opportunities and increase product placement.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Conduct market visits, competitor analysis, and customer feedback collection.
- Ensure timely order collection, delivery coordination, and payment follow-up.
- Implement sales and promotional activities to enhance brand visibility.




- Prepare sales reports and maintain customer records.

Key Requirements:

- 2–4 years of experience in HORECA/FMCG/Frozen Food sales.
- Strong network within the HORECA segment.
- Positive communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Knowledge of frozen food products and distribution channels.
- Must be willing to travel within the assigned territory.
- Graduate in any discipline preferred.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
