- Responsible for day-to-day production planning and execution of resin manufacturing, including production reporting and manpower management.
- Handle batch production and unit operations for various resin systems used as binders for flexible printing inks.
- Ensure production activities comply with health, safety and environmental guidelines to maintain a zero-accident workplace.
- Supervise and guide production operators, junior staff and workmen.
- Conduct trial batches, process optimization and scale-up activities to improve production efficiency, quality and yield.
- Prepare daily material requirement plans based on the production schedule and ensure timely availability of raw materials to avoid production delays.
- Implement and maintain SOPs, Quality Management Systems, ISO and 5S practices across production operations.
- Ensure adherence to SOPs, process parameters, quality standards and safety procedures by production personnel.
- Coordinate with the R&D; team for current resin development, trial batches and process validation.

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
