Role Summary:
Own client relationships end-to-end and drive seamless execution by aligning client expectations with internal delivery teams.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead client communication and relationship management
- Convert requirements into explicit internal briefs
- Coordinate across performance, content, and design teams
- Ensure timely, high-quality campaign execution
- Manage feedback, escalations, and client expectations
- Drive retention and identify growth opportunities

What We’re Looking For:

- 1–3 years in client servicing / account management (agency preferred)




- Strong understanding of digital marketing fundamentals
- Clear communicator with robust stakeholder management skills
- Ability to handle multiple accounts in a rapid-paced environment
- High ownership and problem-solving mindset

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
